Considering 32 outside the square root .

[tex] (8+5 \sqrt x -98) -(3+6\sqrt x-32) [/tex]

Here we have to combine like terms, and like terms are 8 , 98 ,3, 32 and 5 square root x and 6 square root x .

We need to remove the parenthesis and since there is a minus sign outside the second parenthesis , so we have to flip the sign of the terms of second parenthesis. THat is

[tex] 8-98-3+32+5 \sqrt x -6 \sqrt x [/tex]

=[tex] -61 - \sqrt x [/tex]

And that's the final answer .
