Step 1: Subtract 7 from both sides.
4p >= 19-7

Step 2: Simplify 19 - 7 to 12
4p >= 12

Step 3: Divide both sides by 4
p >= 12/4

Step 4: Simply 12/4 to 3
p >= 3

Answer: p >= 3
