i havent done this in so long but i think the answer is 3.75

[tex]\frac{5}{12}  - \frac{3}{10}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{5}{12}  + \frac{10}{3}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{10}{3} x 4 = \frac{40}{12}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{5}{12} + \frac{40}{12} = \frac{45}{12}[/tex]

45 ÷ 12 = 3.75
