The price of a math book is $50 but you only have $35 with you. If you get a discount of 20% how much money do you need to borrow from a friend so that you can but the book?

$5 because you do 50 times 20% (get 10) subtract 10 from 50 (50-10). You’d get $40! You have $35 so therefore, $40-$35=$5!
