you get this when solving with the pythagorean theorem. a^2+b^2=c^2 which would be 2.0^2+b^2=27.3^2 and solving that you get 4+b^2=745.29 subtract 4 on both sides and you get b^2=741.29 and just get the square root of 741.29 and you get side b equals 27.2
