find the slope of the line through the given points : (6,3) and (9,6)

Slope formula:

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m = (6-3)/(9-6)
m = 3/3
m = 1

The slope of the line is 1.

It should be 1 because

Difference between 3 and 6 is 3
And the difference between 6 and 9 is 3

So 3/3 is also 1
