Divide both fractions to make them a decimal or whole number subtract 3.3 - 2.6
3.3 is 33/10
2.6 is 13/5

You would need to subtract 13/5 from 33/10.

Change 13/5 to a denominator of 10 by multiplying by 2/2
(13/5)*(2/2)= (26/10)
(33/10)-(26/10)= 7/10 m
