200=10x divide by 10 and get 20=x. they make 20 quarts of ice cream every hour. multiply by 12, we get 240=12x. they can maek 240 quarts in 12 hours

first you need to determine the ammount of icecream per hour, so 200 divided by 10.    you get 20 quarts per hour.  so if you go for twelve hours you do 20 times 12 which is 240 so, 240 per 12 hours, and you have 24 hours in a day so multiply 240 times 2 and you get 480 quarts per day
