C=E+12
E=I+12
J+C+E+I=124
Substitute every unknown with C since C is the one we need to answer:

J=C+12
C=E+12 =>E=C-12
E=I+12 =>C-12=I+12 =>I=C-24
Now substitute 
J+C+E+I=124
(C+12)+C+(C-12)+(C-24)=124
4C-24=124
4C=148
C=37
