I believe the answer is: Stakeholder
Stakeholder usually filled with the people that invested a sum amount of their capital to the organization.
Which means that if the actions that taken by the organization reflect positively, they will receive some percentage of the profit from the operation and if the actions reflect negatively, they have to carry the burden of the loss of capital.
