The answer is C

basically you substitute (X,Y) in X-Y >0. so X-Y should be greater than 0. also, make sure you use the signs properly.

so in C. 3--10 > 0 so negative sigs cancel each other out so its 3+10 so 13> 0

The answer in B because:
-y<-x y>x
B (4;9) the y is bigger than the x! Or the x is smallest than the y!
